Yes, I'm very interested in your premium synthetic golf greens but I'm not sure if I should go with the DIY or the Full Install option. What should I do?
We understand. Getting your own backyard golf green is a big decision. It's also a serious investment, both financially and with your time.
If you're not sure, we recommend you book a call with us. This way, we can discuss all the options with you and work out what's best.
If you're after both a DIY and Full Install quote, please start with our DIY Info page over here.
Some more information:
A DIY Kit is perfect for the handy types (or for those who know some handy types) and are wanting a golf green size under 75m2 (this is not set in concrete but is used as a guide). The DIY option is the most cost effective way to get a premium backyard golf green.
The Full Install Option is for those who would like a complete "done for you service". Sit back and watch us build your new golf green and get ready to transform your golf game.
We have installers in most major cities now and the best way to get that ball rolling (give you an idea of cost) is to visit this page.
Typically, minimum size for full install is 20m2 but this can vary depending on your location. The lowest cost you'd be looking at is around $4,000 + GST and the most someone has spent with us is over $100,000. So please visit out full install page and tell us more about what you'd like to do.
Still not sure? No problem. We are here to help. Please click the button below and arrange a phone chat with us.
Q.Are these golf greens realistic?
A.Yes. Our grasses have been made for golf and are as realistic as possible.
Q.Can I play lofted shots onto them?
A.Yes. This is our main point of difference from other companies. The ball can spin and stop no problem (but you may need some practise with your technique)
Q.How durable is the grass?
A.Very. We use an incredibly high stitch rate in our grass which helps reduce wear and tear. With normal use, greens will last 10+ years.
Q.Is the grass protected from the elements?
A.Yes. The grass is made for our tough Aussie climate. It can withstand extreme heat, cold, ice, and rain. There’s almost nothing the grass can’t handle.
Q.Is the grass pet proof?
A.Yes, absolutely. Just wash offending material from surface.
Q.Does the grass get really hot?
A.The grass can get hot in summer, but it has new technology that keeps heat down. We recommend commonsense apply and wear shoes in hot weather. The grass can be cooled instantly with a quick spray of water.
Q.Is the grass safe from nasty chemicals etc?
A.Yes. Our grass is made here in Australia to the highest standards and with the most stable and safe raw materials possible.
Q.How fast do these greens roll?
A.We like to get the green speed to 9.5 – 10 on the Stimpmeter. This is a really good speed that mimics most golf courses. The green speed can be altered if needed by applying different amounts of infill.
Q.What is the maintenance like?
A.Day to day maintenance is removing debris from the grass and using a stiff broom to smooth out surface. In most cases, maintenance can be achieved in a few minutes per week.
Q.Can I see some samples of your work?
A.Yes. Please visit our website and Instagram pages. Visit www.SupremeGreens.com.au/gallery
Q.Is there a warranty?
A.Yes. A full 7-year warranty applies to our products and is backed by Australian family businesses. This is a real warranty by the way. Essentially, we stand behind our product (and so does our manufacturer) and work hard, every day, to exceed your expectations.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months
Q.I'm interested, what’s the next step?
Q.I'm interested, but would like a quote on both to compare costs, what should I do?
A.Please start with the DIY page here and mention to us you’d like a full install price too.
Q.Where are you guys located?
A.We have offices in SE QLD and Melbourne. We service all over Australia and there’s probably no region of Australia we haven’t sent our premium grass.
